QC-548D2 is equipped with a 7-inch TFT touchscreen that enables standalone testing and supports optional micro-printer output for instant result printing. It is well-suited for production environments or applications requiring rapid testing.

A specialized motor control and computing system allows the DC motor to deliver performance comparable to that of a servo motor. During crosshead movement, the system automatically adjusts speed to achieve optimal control accuracy. Test speed settings are fully digitalized, and testing can be initiated with a single touch, improving both operational convenience and efficiency.

The D2 software works seamlessly with Windows, allowing the machine to perform tensile, compression, bending, peeling, and various other tests. The interface is straightforward and easy to learn, and it supports multiple languages, engineering units, real-time curve display, and comprehensive data reporting—providing users with greater flexibility and control.

QC-551 Long Extensometer

An extensometer is essential for measuring specimen elongation. Its gauge length can be adjusted as required to meet different testing standards or sample dimensions. During testing, it captures deformation within the specified gauge section in real time. This accessory is ideal for materials with elongation above 20%, such as rubber, plastics, and other highly elastic materials, ensuring accurate strain measurement.

QC-557 Short extensometer

The short extensometer is suitable for materials with elongation below 50%, such as metals and rigid plastics. It is equipped with a high-precision displacement sensor and features a proprietary lightweight structural design that enhances measurement accuracy and stability. With a resolution of 0.0005 mm (0.5 μm), the extensometer can remain attached throughout the tensile test, allowing complete measurement without removal and providing greater convenience and efficiency.

QC-558 LVDT Displacement Fixture

This accessory is designed for measuring small deformations over short distances. It is intended to be used together with custom compression platens, bending fixtures, and similar setups. The unit can be mounted directly onto the specimen fixture to capture the actual displacement occurring between the fixtures. This design effectively eliminates displacement caused by machine frame movement or external factors such as system compliance, thereby improving the accuracy and repeatability of measurement results.

(Optional) Portable Printer

In standalone mode, the system can be equipped with a compact printer to generate immediate test summaries once a test is completed. Basic results such as maximum force and maximum displacement can be printed directly for quick reference and documentation.
