Description
The preparation of samples for tape peeling tests is performed using a standard rubber roller to roll and adhere the tape onto a steel plate or specific material. Manual application of the tape can be inconsistent and easily affect the test results. However, by using an electric rolling roller to make the samples, the consistency and stability of the adhesion can be ensured. The QC-803H operating interface features a 5-inch touchscreen, providing a simple and clear user interface. The rolling speed can be freely set between 50 to 1200mm/min, and up to 99 reciprocating rolls and a maximum adhesive distance of 300mm can be programmed.
