Universal Testing Machine QC-500M2F is with capacity 500kN or over.
The rigid and endurable structure of the universal tensile testing machine makes the test more stable and reduces damages to the machine, commonly applied to metal, composites, construction material, and other materials that require high test force.
Equipped with Cometech’s advanced M2F controller system, the UTM can perform creep, constant compression, cycle, multi-step test mode, which conforms to various tensile, compression, bending, peeling, and compression tests.
This tensile testing machine series adopts a high torque servo motor to support its movement and motive power. To reduce the maintenance problems, the machine has high rigidity and strength of the construction. It not only provides users a quiet testing environment but also high precision test results. It's a series applies to metal, composite, construction material, and other materials with high test force.
The universal tensile testing machines are all equipped with a jog to control precise positioning and up/down forward movement to prevent overload during the load cell calibration. The optional display can support stand-alone operation with simple tests.

QC-551 Long Extensometer
QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.
QC-557 Short extensometer
QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.

-The data sampling rate is up to 1200 Hz.
-Controlled by mouse, keyboard and the up/down button on the machine to quick-adjust the position of grip.
