Universal Testing Machine QC-505M1F is with a max. capacity of 50kN. The tensile testing machine provides a stable test situation because of the high stiffness construction and the maintenance-free transmission mechanisms of the servo motor. The standardized machine design supports different kinds of tests with expandable accessories, meanwhile, it provides users a quiet testing environment and high precision test results.

The M1F software of the universal testing machines is compatible with Windows system and is able to analyze tests such as tensile, compression, bending, peeling, tearing strength, etc. The software is user-friendly and available in many languages and units (metric or imperial); it shows integrated test data in real-time graph and test report for a complete analysis. The display panel of universal tensile testing machine is an optional accessory that can capture useful information rapidly.

QC-551 Long Extensometer

QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.

QC-557 Short extensometer

QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.

1.It is operated by keyboard and mouse; grip position is controllable by up/down button.
