Universal Material Testing Machine QC-548M2F series are table-top, single-column UTM with max. 5kN capacity. The tensile testing machine provides users a quiet testing environment and high precision test results.

The optional display panel of the tensile machine can operate tests such as tensile, compression and peeling under stand-alone mode. The maintenance-free transmission mechanisms highly reduce the future maintenance problems. The universal tensile tester is equipped with an independent electronic control box which can avoid signal interference and increase the test stability, making it better for future maintenance and update of electronic system.

The manual jog of the tensile tester can increase the accuracy of position and calibration. The high-speed feedback signal reduces the overload risk. The external signals are also acceptable for various machine control modes.

Display Panel

-7" color touch TFT display panel is used.
-Chinese, English, Japanese are supported.
-Displays force, pressure, displacement and time.
-Supports test speed, direction, auto-return, stop at the break point as test conditions.

-Provides multiple stop condition settings including force, displacement, time and elongation.

QC-551 Long Extensometer

QC-551 Long extensometer is suitable for higher than 20% elongation of rubber, plastic, PE, fabric, webbing of material which are high elongation measurement accessories. The specimen usually made dumbbell-shape. The extensometer can link with Cometech machine and auto-detect the deformation of the test piece during the test.

QC-557 Short extensometer

QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.
