The Automated Impact Specimen V-Notcher is equipped with a precision ball screw, designed to cut accurate V-shaped notches on standard specimens for impact testing. Different cutter types can also be switched to meet various testing standards.
With a newly designed electric drive system, the machine not only minimizes human error but also shortens specimen preparation time by optimizing forward and return feed rate.
The cutter is fully enclosed for safety, and both its rotational speed and feed rate can be easily adjusted via the control screen.
An optional dust extraction system automatically activates before cutting and shuts off during the return stroke, reducing contamination and extending the machine's service life.
