Description

Computerized Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine is equipped with standard tensile V-shaped and flat tensile grips and compression set. The individual controller cabinet of hydraulic material testing machine is convenient for maintenance and can reduce electrical disturbance. The M2F system of this Metal tensile testing machine is capable of performing various tests conforming to different standards such as ISO7500-1, JJG475-88, ASTM E4, ASTM A370, DIN5122, JIS B7721, JIS B7733, EN10002-1, EN1002-2, BS1610, GB/T228, ISO 6892-1, ASTM E8. It is also commonly used to perform tension/ tensile testing of metallic materials, and mechanical testing of steel products to get value of yield strength, stress, tensile strength, shear, bending, elongation.

QC-557 Short extensometer

QC-557 Short extensometer can measure metal, hard plastic of less than 100% elongation of material deformation. During test, it can measure complete test deform rate and do not need to dismantle it when during the test. When the specimen gauge length is longer or elongation rate is bigger, customized longer extensometer is also available.
