Description
This machine is designed to evaluate the wear resistance and color fastness of materials with various surface treatments, including painting, electroplating, coating, dyeing, and lens processing. Interchangeable abrasion heads, such as white cotton, sandpaper, steel wool, and eraser, are available to accommodate different material properties and surface characteristics. Adjustable test parameters, including speed, stroke length, and applied load, enable flexible testing conditions for a wide range of abrasion applications.
Its specialized design also supports abrasion testing on curved specimens, such as lenses and mouse surfaces.
